What is a fitment suit
We want you to have the perfect fit that is why we now offer a fitment suit. This suit is sent out to you so that you can check the fitting so that you are happy with your final suit. If any alterations need making we will make note on your file ready for your final suit to be cut, this guarantees you the perfect fit. The fitment suit is made from either Leather or Cordura textile, the same as you would buy in a shop if you were to buy a waterproof motorcycle jacket or suit. The suit comes with armour and is yours to keep, which is an added bonus for wet weather riders.
How long will your made to measure leathers take to arrive
The average Halo made to measure motorcycle leathers usually take about 4-8 weeks which is very quick compared to other companies. In peak season they can take slightly longer but we always endevour to make them as soon as possible depending on how busy we are. Remember good things come to those who wait.
Can we customise your bike leathers with logos, lettering etc?
Yes, we work with racers all the time and offer an extremely high quality service. We have state of the art machines and can precision lazer cut your logos for the perfect finish. We use the latest computers to embroider direct to the leather or stitch logo badges. We have the latest printing machines that can print direct onto leather for stunning effect, so we can pretty much do anything including leather lettering in any font, colour or size. We can make logos of anything as long as you have a picture of it and you have permission to use it, you name it we can do it!

What happens if my motorcycle leathers arrive and do not fit?
We now take precautions so that this does not happen, when you order a custom halo suit you will be told that you will receive a fitment suit first of all so that you can check and be happy with the sizing, if any alterations do need making then we will make note of them and translate them to your final suit.
I live outside the UK can I still order?
Even if you live in any other country in the world, our formula means that you will still be able to purchase a made to measure suit, if you follow our form and you will still get your fitment suit for peace of mind sent to your address.
